Billing & Refunds

Last updated: August 14, 2026

This policy explains exactly how Bxmb LLC, doing business as Bxmb Babes, charges for its services, when payment is due, and how refunds and billing disputes are handled. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. How we charge

We work on revenue share, not retainer. There is no monthly fee, no onboarding fee, and no minimum commitment.

We are paid 50% of the net amount you withdraw from your subscription platform account. If you withdraw nothing in a given week, you owe us nothing that week.

We never hold or receive your platform earnings. Your platform pays you directly, and we invoice you afterward.

2. How the fee is calculated

The fee is 50% of your net withdrawal — the amount that actually leaves your platform balance and reaches you, after the platform’s own commission has already been deducted. We do not charge on gross earnings before the platform’s cut.

Worked example

Your balance shows $1,000 available, after the platform has taken its own commission. You withdraw the full $1,000. We invoice you $500. You keep $500.

If you withdraw only $400 of that $1,000, we invoice you $200. The remaining $600 sitting in your balance is not billed until you withdraw it.

All amounts are in US dollars. If your withdrawal is made in another currency, we convert at the rate applicable on the withdrawal date and show the rate used on the invoice.

You are responsible for your own taxes. We are not your employer, we do not withhold tax, and our invoices are for services rendered by an independent contractor.

3. How withdrawals are verified

Because we manage your account, we can see your withdrawal activity directly through the creator management platform we use (currently Inflow). Invoices are generated from the withdrawal figures shown there.

Every invoice states the withdrawal date, the withdrawal amount, and the resulting 50% fee, so you can check it against your own platform statement line by line. If the figures do not match, see section 7.

4. Invoicing schedule

Invoicing is weekly and driven by your withdrawals.

  • We issue an invoice covering the withdrawal or withdrawals you made.
  • Invoices are sent by email to the address on your account.
  • Each invoice lists the withdrawals it covers, the calculation, the total due, and the due date.

Keep the email address on your account current. Non-receipt because of an out-of-date address does not extend the payment due date.

5. Payment terms and methods

Payment is due within three (3) calendar days of the invoice date.

Accepted payment methods are stated on the invoice. Charges will appear on your statement as BXMB LLC.

Any transaction or transfer fees charged by your chosen payment method are your responsibility, unless we say otherwise on the invoice.

6. Late and missed payments

If an invoice is not paid by its due date:

  • We will contact you at the address on file.
  • We may pause all services — chat coverage, posting, and promotion — until the balance is cleared. Pausing does not reduce or cancel what you already owe.
  • Services resume once payment is received. We are not responsible for lost earnings, dropped engagement, or lost subscribers during a pause caused by non-payment.
  • Repeated or extended non-payment is grounds for immediate termination under our Terms of Service, and we may pursue recovery of unpaid amounts.

7. Billing disputes

If you think an invoice is wrong, tell us within seven (7) days of the invoice date at max@bxmbbabes.com. Include the invoice number and what you believe the correct figure is.

  • We will review it against your platform’s withdrawal record and respond within five (5) business days.
  • If we made an error, we issue a corrected invoice or credit the difference against your next invoice — your choice. If you have already paid and are leaving, we refund the difference directly.
  • The disputed portion is not treated as late while we are reviewing it in good faith. Any undisputed portion remains due on the original date.

Raising a dispute with us first is faster than a chargeback and does not put your services at risk.

8. Refunds

Because we invoice only after you have been paid, and only on money you have actually withdrawn, there is very little that can require a refund. To be clear about how it works:

SituationOutcome
Billing error on our side Fully refunded or credited. Any amount we invoiced in excess of the correct 50% is returned to you.
Duplicate payment Fully refunded as soon as it is identified.
Invoice paid for withdrawals that did not occur Fully refunded.
Platform reverses a withdrawal, or a subscriber payment is charged back after we invoiced Refunded or credited for our 50% of the reversed amount, once the reversal is confirmed on the platform.
Commission on a withdrawal correctly invoiced and completed Not refundable. The service was delivered and the earnings were realized.
Dissatisfaction with results Not refundable. We do not guarantee results, and you can terminate at any time on notice.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval.

If you are unhappy with the service, the remedy is to terminate under the Terms of Service, which you can do at any time on notice — you are not locked into a contract.

9. Chargebacks

Please raise any billing problem with us directly before going to your bank or card issuer. Almost everything is resolvable within a few days under section 7.

If a chargeback is filed against a correctly issued invoice, we will contest it with the invoice, the platform’s withdrawal record, and our correspondence with you. We may suspend services while a chargeback is open, and repeated chargebacks against valid invoices are grounds for immediate termination.

10. Billing after termination

  • Fees remain payable on all withdrawals made during the notice period.
  • Fees remain payable on earnings that accrued to your balance during the engagement, even if you withdraw them afterward. We take no fee on anything earned after the engagement ends.
  • Final invoices are due on the standard three-day term.
  • Outstanding balances survive termination and remain collectable.

11. Changes to fees

We will give you at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice before any change to our fee percentage or billing terms takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you may terminate under the Terms of Service and the existing terms apply until your engagement ends.
